Periodically, CEA/ICA puts out a call for proposals in a specific area of research. All calls will be announced here. 

How to Apply for Funding

Interested applicants should familiarize themselves with CEA/ICA’s approach, program priorities, and current calls for proposals.

After ensuring that your research meets our current objectives, please submit a brief concept note. A concept note is preferred over a full proposal to ensure that the proposed research fits within CEA/ICA's priorities and available resources.  Your project idea must be accepted by CEA/ICA before you submit a complete research proposal. Your concept note should be submitted in a specific format; please use the form available here as either a PDF or Word file.
