On May 25, Richard Isnor, IDRC's Director of Innovation, Policy and Science, was in Montréal with the Minister of Industry, Maxime Bernier, to officially announce a partnership with the National Centres of Excellence (NCE). 

 

Isnor noted how IDRC is supporting three projects linking researchers from countries such as India and South Africa with their Canadian peers on issues of mutual interest. 

 

IDRC's partnership with the NCE is yet another step forward in our ongoing leadership role in forging strategic alliances between researchers in the developing world and their Canadian counterparts.
