A committee made up of IDRC and UNRWA staff and experts in education from the Palestinian community in Lebanon selects scholars annually and oversees the operation of the Fund. The selection committee meets early in the fall to consider the numerous applications which are received every year and to decide on the final list of recipients for the new academic year.  This committee is made up of the following people:
