Abstract
This project will disseminate knowledge acquired in the application of information and communication technology (ICT) to local governance in Africa. The book, entitled e-Governance in Africa : from Theory to Action, will be published in collaboration with the publishing house Africa World Press and launched at the Cape Town book fair in June 2007.
