Abstract
The Université Gaston Berger (UGB) of Saint-Louis, Sénégal, has undertaken reforms associated with the adoption of a bachelor-master-doctorate system, as well as other reforms at the organizational and academic level. These reforms aim, among other things, to position the UGB as a centre of excellence in higher learning, research and development. This grant aims to help UGB implement these academic and organizational reforms, and to explore means of collaboration between UGB and IDRC.
