Abstract
This project aims to improve the efficiency of the nascent innovation system in Burkina Faso by strengthening exchanges between researchers, inventors and innovators and public decision-makers with a view to enhancing the valorization of research results. Under the supervision of the national centre for scientific and technological research (CNRST), the forum on scientific research and technological innovation (FRSIT) will identify the principal players in the national system of innovation and their motivations, needs, strengths and weaknesses; create synergies between these players on one hand, and decision-makers, entrepreneurs, the media and civil society on the other; and strengthen the capacity of the FRSIT secretariat to sustain dialogue between the players in the innovation system between the two consecutive editions of the forum.
