Abstract
This program will support the elaboration of a research project including a small grants program on women's access to land in francophone West Africa. To this end, a roundtable will be held in M'Bour, Sénégal, 2-5 July 2008. The meeting will allow organizations active in the domain to exchange ideas regarding their priorities in terms of research and advocacy in favor of women's access to land. The project will be presented to IDRC program initiatives, Rural Poverty and Environment (RPE) and Women's Rights and Citizenship (WRC) for financial consideration.
