Abstract
In its current prospectus (2006-2011), IDRC's Women's Rights and Citizenship (WRC) program identifies "strengthening research capacity" as its principle objective. In a context of scarce public funding for women's rights organizations, this will require some challenging decision-making. This grant will support an expert evaluation of WRC's existing capacity-building programs in terms of both process and outcome, plus a facilitated workshop to discuss lessons learned and inform future planning.
