New President of IDRC Appointed
IDRC welcomes the appointment of David M. Malone as President. Mr Malone's appointment takes effect July 1. He replaces Maureen O’Neil who is stepping down after leading IDRC since 1997. The Honourable Maxime Bernier, Canada’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, made the official announcement on February 20.  Read the press release on the Foreign Affairs and International Trade website.
