Aligning the National S&T Policy with the National Sustainable Development Strategy in Sri Lanka : a Stakeholder Driven Process Project number: 104357 Project Leader: Dr. Mohan Munasinghe Recipient Institution: Munasinghe Institute for Development (MIND Int.) This project will contribute to the development of a national science, technology and innovation policy for Sri Lanka. It will comprise a review of a draft S&T policy available from the National Commission of Science and Technology (NASTEC), a desk study and review of challenges, and a national consultation exercise engaging government, S&T agencies, and autonomous research and development institutions. The project is expected to provide input into the draft S&T policy, plus a plan for its implementation and facilitation. Both documents will be placed for consideration and endorsement by the government.
