At the second WSIS Africa Regional Preparatory Conference, Connectivity Africa, the Economic Commission for Africa and the Ministry of Communications of Ghana, organized a pre-conference workshop entitled: "Workshop on Evaluation of the Implementation of the Geneva Plan of Action and Information Society Indicators".
