Using peer relationships for development: OECD and IDRC approaches

The chapters below are part of the book "Peer Learning Power: Development Cooperation and Networks". These series of texts describe the OECD method for pursuing consensus using the principles of Consensus and Peer Review, and the IDRC method for developing research capacity through the use of Peer Review. Both of these organizations have been developing resilient networks in this process.  

These five chapters describe the process of peer review in OECD, skills and tools used to conduct succesful international meetings, success stories from the OECD repertoire, networking the OECD and IDRC way.

The final version of the book "Peer Learning Power: Development Cooperation and Networks" is now submitted for final review by OECD publishing division. Further changes may appear later as thework is still in progress. The most recent version of the book is available below.
