Proposals that are aligned with the WRC program initiative will be evaluated within 6 weeks.  Please note that all proposals submitted to WRC will receive a receipt of acknowledgement within two weeks of submission.

Please note that WRC  has a limited budget and funds very few unsolicited proposals. Among those, proposals coming from networks of Southern researchers are favoured. The bulk of WRC's research funds is allocated to projects that are solicited, either through research competitions or through contacting specific researchers whose work comes to our attention.
