CDS has carried out a study of Ecohealth in the MENA region, culminating in a series of six case studies (including two in Egypt, two in Morocco, and one each in Lebanon and Jordan). Not only do these cases promote knowledge sharing among researchers and practitioners who are working to protect health and the environment in MENA, but they also illustrate the concepts and underline the effectiveness of the Ecohealth approach to those new to it. As an advocacy tool, we expect the case studies to raise awareness of health and environmental issues in the region as well as of the Ecohealth approach as a tool to address these issues. Now you can read these cases in English, Arabic or French.Case Studies
