Abstract
This activity will allow a consultant to contribute to the organization of the "Workshop on the Role of Donors in Transitional Settings"; prepare a database of activities of international donors in Angola and Mozambique; prepare an overview document of Canadian institutions and organizations involved in development programs in these countries; assist in the development of IDRC's Peacebuilding and Reconstruction Program Initiative (PBR PI), particularly as it relates to Angola and Mozambique; and identify program-related opportunities in the region.
