Abstract

The IDRC Liaison Officer in Mozambique will help develop, monitor and administer programmes and projects in that country. Responsibilities will include developing long-term partnerships with local institutions (government, NGO, university and private sector) and international donor agencies; developing programming frameworks and action plans; reporting on changes in political and economic trends and policy developments; and interacting with the staff of IDRC's Regional Office for Southern Africa (ROSA) on all issues relating to programme and project development and implementation in Mozambique.
