This Forum offers a unique opportunity to pool ideas and exchange experiences relating to Ecohealth, with a focus on key themes of health and the environment, a participatory program and innovative discussion sessions. The Forum’s program will feature plenary discussion sessions with a number of outstanding speakers, including Dr. Gro Harlem Brundtland, Director General of the World Health Organization, Johanne Gélinas, Canada’s Commissioner of the Environment and Sustainable Development, Maureen O’Neil, President of IDRC, the Honourable Gilbert Parent, Canada’s Ambassador for the Environment, the Honourable Ola Ullsten, former Prime Minister of Sweden and Co-Chair of the World Commission on Forests and Sustainable Development, and Dr Richard Massé, President and CEO of the Institut national de santé publique, Quebec.
