NEW WEBSITE ON ENVIRONMENTALLY DAMAGING SUBSIDIES
Prev Noticia(s) 26 de 32 Siguiente

Earth Track is happy to announce a major expansion of its energy subsidy
links pages (http//www.earthtrack.net)

Work on energy subsidies has been going on at least since the 1970s,
evaluating subsidy magnitude, distribution, impact, and options for
reform.  Much of this work has been difficult for researchers and policy
makers to access, something Earth Track is gradually trying to rectify.
We hope that this material will provide an additional input to support
more informed energy policy choices going forward.

We invite your input and suggestions regarding new energy subsidy resources,
especially for fuels and countries for which our current coverage is
limited.  We also invite your suggestions in the areas of fisheries and
forestry subsidies, links we hope to be able to add in the coming
months.
